Association Pro Refugiu is a Romanian non-governmental organization with office in Bucharest city, focused on the protection of the rights of victims of crimes, asylum seekers, refugees. The organization was founded in 2011. Association Pro Refugiu has strong expertize in the implementation of transnational projects focused on improving the assistance services for the target groups, trainings for legal-social-health professionals, studies & research on migration and human trafficking phenomenon. The organization cooperates with institutions and NGOs from Romania and from other EU Member States. Association Pro Refugiu is member of several network: EU Civil Society Platform against Trafficking in Human Beings, European Union Agency for Fundamental Rights Network(FRANET), Global Alliance against Traffic in Women.

Center for the Study of Democracy was founded in late 1989 and it is an interdisciplinary public policy institute dedicated to the values of democracy and market economy. CSD is a non-partisan, independent
organization fostering the reform process in Europe through impact on policy and civil society.
Its objectives are: to provide an enhanced institutional and policy capacity for meeting new challenges and successful development in Europe, especially in the area of justice and home affairs; to promote institutional reform and the practical implementation of democratic values in legal and
economic practice; to monitor public attitudes and serve as a watchdog of the institutional reform process. CSD has continuously pioneered in areas traditionally perceived as the inviolable public property, bringing cutting-edge solutions to transition problems as a way of keeping the middle ground between academia and social practice.
Association Demetra is a Bulgarian NGO that was registered 1997. During the years it actively participated in lobbying for the rights of victims of violence. The organization develops and applies methodologies to provide services for victims of gender-based violence. It provides training programs for professionals such as police officers, prosecutors, judges, social workers and others. Association Demetra provides a range of services: crisis centers for victims of violence, counseling centers for victims of domestic violence, shelters for victims of human trafficking and center for victims of sexual violence. The organization also implements a program for counseling of families in a conflict situation as well as a specialized program for perpetrators of domestic violence. The organization actively implements projects and programs to prevent domestic violence, human trafficking, sexual violence and gender-based violence. Association Demetra is part of the Alliance for Protection against Gender-Based Violence. Target groups are women and children, victims of GBV, perpetrators of violence, minors, professionals working with GBV and others.
Centre for European Constitutional Law is a public benefit institution and research centre, founded in 1995 and based in Athens. The Centre’s objective is to contribute to the development of democratic institutions, to welfare state under the rule of law and to strengthen international cooperation with respect for the cultural identity of each state. Three specialised units operate within the structure of the Centre: Unit for Better Regulation; Educational Policy Unit and Social Policy Unit. The Centre has implemented institutional and capacity building projects in more than 25 countries, mainly in the areas of judicial reform, human rights and administrative reform; it is the national focal point for the European Network of Fundamental Rights (FRANET) of the European Union Agency on Fundamental Rights-FRA; it enjoys special consultative status with the Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC) of the United Nations; it participates in the activities of international organisations with Observer Status; it is a mandated body for the implementation of Twinning projects between national administrations; it coordinates the “Constitution-Making and Constitutional Change Research Group” of the International Association of Constitutional Law and operates the blog http://constitutional-change.com/ and it is ISO 9001:2008 certified for the services it offers.
Italian Coalition for Civil Liberties and Rights was founded in 2014 and is a network of civil society organizations that protect and expand the rights and liberties of all, through a combination of advocacy, public education and legal action. CILD’s mission includes the fight against racism and xenophobia, as well as against every form of discrimination based on sexuality or gender; a change of perspective on immigration; the construction of a penal and penitentiary system that is more respectful of rights; the fostering of the necessary shift towards a public system that is transparent, respectful of privacy and not obsessed with mass surveillance. The many organizations that have given life to the Coalition are united in enriching this vision of an open society and one that is more respectful of the rights of all: CILD’s goal is to increase knowledge, civil identity and awareness of everyone’s rights.
Association Trabe Iniciativas para la Economia Social y Solidaria is a Spanish organization with office in Madrid. The organization was founded in 2005 with the commitment to contribute to social change through advocacy, awareness, social intervention and the development of programs and projects that favor personal and collective empowerment from a gender perspective. With 13 years of experience and more than 30 projects carried out, the association has been specializing over time in defending women human rights, paying special attention to violence against women and to human trafficking / sexual exploitation.
