On 21 February 2020, a final conference was organized in Bucharest within the project JUSTICE FOR WOMEN- Towards a more effective rights protection and access to judicial procedures for victims of crimes, which is implemented with the financial support of the Justice Program of the European Union. The event brought together 52 participants from Romania, Bulgaria, Italy, Greece and Spain. Lawyers, prosecutors, judges, psychologists, social workers, representatives of a number of institutions and organizations with competence in the field of protection of the rights of women victims of crime have discussed in an interactive way the results obtained during the project, the national practices existing in the project countries to ensure protection of victims of crime.
